School is on the Horizon

Well, this summer has been super busy, with most weekends either in the mountains or having a photosession, and weekdays filled with house chores, farm work for TopNotch Performance Horses, and sitting on the computer editing photo's.  So I never did get my website done. *Sniffle*  So hopefully I can plan it this winter and have it up and running for next April.

I'm nearing the end of my main photosession availability, since I'm about to get back into the busyness of school... I'll be pretty busy with genetics, organic chemistry, physics and psychology and found that last year it was hard to keep up with both school and photo work, so people were having to wait too long for their photo's.  So I'm going to limit my photo sessions this school season, and look forward to next April when I can start booking up my summer with photo sessions again.

Change is in the Air!!

Hey everyone!
Change is coming!  By the end of May I'm hoping to finally have a real website, a well setup Flickr account as my portfolio, a pricing setup that has more options and more range in it, and just be more established as a business.  It's very exciting.  I'm hoping to book my summer up, since I'm mostly unavailable during my schooling months, since I need to concentrate on that.  But in the summers I am raring to go, and already have several things on my calendar.  I am still working with Lauri of Mode LaVan Photography for most weddings, and the occasional small job.  Feel free to wander over to her site www.modelavan.com.  She is currently trying to set up a studio on her property, so for now, I am once again, only an "on-location" shooter, but I do have access to studio lights and backdrops, if they are required.

Possible Prints

As I had mentioned in a previous post I am hoping to sell prints and I had said I'd post some examples. I have lots, nay, tonnes of photo's just sitting on my computer and I hope to share them with the world.  So here are some examples:  (Click on the picture to see a slightly larger version)

And as I mentioned before, there's also the cat ones in a previous post, and the one inspired by the movie poster, etc.... These are just some of my faves that I figured other people might be interested too... Let me know if you're at all interested in any prints.  Some of these are older pictures and so they may not blow up to a larger size very well, but some would blow up to a considerable size.  You would receive the print without watermarks, and without borders, unless specified.  It would come signed and dated.

Also, Flickr account to be renewed and updated later in the month once I'm completely caught up on photo projects.  3 second-shooter weddings to do then I'm totally caught up and ready to take on another photo shoot, so book soon, since I'm only taking one shoot per month while I'm in school.
